• The price and other terms of any sale remain subject to direct negotiation between the buyer and the seller. 

• All payments are handled directly between the buyer and the seller, and Top Line Horses will not provide any refunds or other compensation for transactions relating to listings on the Website.

 

Listing Rules

• Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and photos of items or animals they list. Responsibility for the information contained in ads lies with each seller.

• Images that are submitted should be in a professional manner. They must be clear, well-lit, and high-resolution. 

• Professional images are recommended.

• If we are informed of copyright violations created by customers, we will remove disputed images from the site without refund or prior notice.

• Misleading, fraudulent, or inappropriate listings will be removed at our discretion.

• Listings must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

Payment & Fees

• Certain listing types may require a paid advertisement fee.

• All recurring listing fees are non-refundable.

• All payments for advertisements are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• We reserve the right to modify pricing and payment terms at any time.

 

Buyer & Seller Responsibilities

• Buyers and sellers are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of listings and communicating directly regarding transactions.

 

Prohibited Listings

• Listings involving illegal activities, misrepresentation, or harmful content are strictly prohibited.

• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or legal standards.

 

Liability Disclaimer

• Top Line Horses is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or fulfillment of any sale, lease, or service advertised on our platform.

• We do not offer warranties or guarantees on any listings.

• Top Line Horses is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses resulting from transactions.

 

Intellectual Property

• Top Line Horses website and all content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Top Line Horses and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• By posting content, sellers grant Top Line Horses a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, modify, distribute, and display the content in connection with Top Line Horses.
